When is my first box going to ship?
- Grimoire pages are sent on the 1st of each month.
- Apothecary Boxes start shipping on the 28th of each month
- Crystals packages start shipping on the 28th of each month
- Ohm Boxes start shipping on the 28th of each month
- Witch Boxes start shipping on the 28th of each month
All boxes are shipped by one of these services: Canada Post, Canpar, Dicom, DHL, FedEx, Purolator or UPS (we will select the cheapest and fastest service for you) with a tracking numbers.
Subsequent boxes will start to ship on the 28th of each month. Subscriptions renew automatically on the 15th of each month if you selected the subscribe option.
Recurring payments are made on the 15th of each month but we offer to change that date for another day up to the 20th of the month for those who might want to coordinate their daily lives with their payment schedule. Because I'm a mom of 3 and I get wanting to treat yourself without worrying about making ends meet. Let me know if that applies to you by sending me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are a small family owned store, unlike our store items which are regularly priced, we make very little out of the subscription boxes. Offering free shipping basically means giving out the boxes for free. Which is why shipping fees will be added to your order after your first shipment if your had benefited from free shipping.
All boxes ship with email notifications sent containing the tracking number. Please make sure to check your Spam and Junk mail folders if emails from Spiral Rain does not go directly to your Inbox. All communication is done by email, so please make sure you are able to receive our emails. Should you use a private, work, or business email address our communications may be blocked or routed as "spam". If so, you will not receive our emails and we have no way to contact you.
Boxes ship at (CAD) prices anywhere in Canada and internationally to specific regions. If your region is not available at checkout, please contact us. (Customs/Import duties, taxes, fees, etc. are not included in item price or shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for all applicable fees. Boxes do include oils/sprays which could delay shipment to international regions. Please check your customs for any restricted items as substitutions are not provided.)
Customers are responsible for keeping the information on their account updated and ensuring the information is accurate prior to packages shipping. If the information on a customer's account is not accurate at the time a package ships, the information currently reflecting on the account will be used to complete the shipment. Should a package be shipped to an incorrect address, it is the customer's responsibility to locate their package. If you need assistance with your account, we can assist. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
We do our best to ensure everyone gets each item in their box. We also understand the postal service can be rough on boxes. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of all damaged items, packaging, and the shipping label so we can replace them.
FROZEN OR MELTING POLICY
We try to provide new and exciting items to subscribers such as candles, soaps, smudge sprays, etc., with each possibly being affected in some way by weather conditions or climates.
Weather is different everywhere, so we simply cannot be held responsible for damaged items due to weather climate or conditions. We ask that you take this into account when placing an order during times when weather is extreme in your area. We try to get packages to you quickly; however, potentially they may sit in hot or cold postal trucks for lengthy periods. We ask that you monitor your tracking and have someone available to receive your delivery. Please know frozen or melted items are not "broken" items. Soap can be melted in a microwave and poured in any mold to regain its shape; making it still smell great and usable. Candles can re-harden at room temperature or be placed in the refrigerator for a brief period of time.
Refunds may ONLY be granted for 'damaged items' which supporting information/images of damage must be provided.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS are NON-Refundable.
Payments are final after 24 hours of subscription renewal or purchase. When you purchase a term subscription 3, 6 or 12 month plan, these CAN'T be canceled once the first box has shipped.
In cases where we issue a refund, there is a CANCELLATION FEE for all transactions to cover the administrative cost, original payment and processing fees paid on the initial transaction to the payment processing agent. This will be DEDUCTED from the refund amount.
The administrative cancellation fee for a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription plan is 25$ plus the cost paid to the payment and processing agent.
Shipping is NON-REFUNDABLE and refunds are processed in the same manner they were paid.
